Open Positions

1. Customer Engineer - iTeam (Global Installation)

• Key Duties: Global equipment installation, hardware assembly, piping, and initial startup calibration.

• Locations: Hsinchu, Taichung, Kaohsiung.

• Travel: High travel requirement (domestic & international travel over 75%).

• Requirement: TOEIC 550+ (or equivalent).

2. Customer Engineer - CE (Customer Technical Support)

• Key Duties: Equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, system calibration, and technical support.

• Locations: Hsinchu, Miaoli, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung.

• Work Style: Requires on-site support at client locations, shift work, and on-call rotation.

• Requirement: TOEIC 550+ (or equivalent).
