• 報名 Registration：
  • 「學士畢代&碩士畢代、博士班應屆畢業生」由系辦向學務處登記，「學士班優秀畢業生」由學務處直接登記、其他同學則自由報名。
  • Students in the Ph.D. program who would like to attend must inform Ms. Chen in the EE department office before May 05, and the department office will register with the Office of Student Affairs. Other students should register on their own.

  • 碩、博士班：於本公告下方的表單登記，登記期限為5/05(五)中午12時。（期限過後將關閉表單）
  • For Master's and Ph.D. graduates,if you would like to join the ceremony, please fill out the following form before 12:00 PM on May 05.
  • 由於天氣炎熱，請參與者儘量自備水壺。

【畢業生借用學位服】

• 申請借用期間：
  • 學(碩)士服自114年11月3日起至115年5月8日止，時間09:00-12:00及14:00-16:30
  • 博士服自115年5月11日起至115年5月22日止，時間09:00-12:00及14:00-16:30。
• 借用方式：
  • 學士班：【由畢代協助】以系為單位，團體借用及歸還。
  • 碩士班：依系辦通知已於114年11月底前統一借用。
  • 博士班：以博士生個人為單位申請借用。
• 歸還期間：畢業生借用學位服後若需提前離校者，應先歸還全套學位服給總務處資產組，方可辦理離校程序。
  • 歸還期間：115年5月25日至5月29日止，時間09:00-12:00及14:00-16:30。（各院分流作業時間將另行公告）
  • 學士班：【由畢代協助】收齊統一歸還。
  • 碩士班：115年5月27日(三)中午12:00前歸還至電機系辦，以利統一歸還。
    • 若同學希望延後歸還，請留意期限並自行歸還。如因逾期繳交而產生滯納金，請自行負擔費用。
    • 若同學不是由系辦協助租借，而是個人零星租借者，歸還時請自行歸還（即依照「學碩士服借用申請表」的名單歸還）。
  • 博士班：依照歸還時間，將學位服歸還至資產組。
