【Academic activities】2025 Digital Innovation Talent Enhancement Program(international students currently studying in Taiwan only)

In order to cultivate international professionals equipped with digital application capabilities and enhance their global competitiveness, the Administration for Digital Industries, moda is organizing training activities under the Digital Innovation Talent Enhancement Program (formerly known as Talent Circulation Alliance (TCA-Inbound). Through online academy courses, domain-specific workshops, final project presentations, and corporate visits, the program aims to jointly foster the international digital talent needed by industries. University students from all institutions are warmly invited to register and participate! Participation is completely free, and graduates of the program will receive a completion reward of NT$8,000!

◩ Program Period 

·  Registration Period: From now until 5:00 PM on Monday, September 15, 2025

·  Program Duration: From September 2025 to November 2025
·  Program Requirements:To be completed during the Program Duration
    (1)Participation in Topic-specific Workshops and Final Presentation
    (2)Participation in Corporate Visits
    (3)Submission of Certificates of Completion for Four Additional TCA Academy Courses
    (4)Submission of Project Report and Personal Reflection Essay

◩ Trainee Eligibility

·  Applicants must hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality or be international students currently studying in Taiwan (excluding students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau).
·  Applicants must maintain active student status from August 11 to November 30, 2025, throughout the application and participation period.
    Students enrolled in in-service (executive) programs are not eligible.

·  It is required that admitted trainees hold a valid work permit from September 1 to November 30, 2025. The work permit application process  shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations of each university. Please contact the relevant student affairs office at your university  for details.
