1、主動去快篩站篩檢。篩檢站請見高雄市衛生局臉書官網-雄健康－高雄市政府衛生局1/21和1/22發布的資訊，網址https://www.facebook.com/KHD7134000

2、要通報學校(校安、系所辦、衛保組或人事室皆可)，以利學校掌握疫調足跡。校安、系所辦接獲後將向衛保組通報。

3、如有知悉本校學生有與確診者足跡重疊或接觸者，亦請通報，以利掌握全體教職員工生之健康，並給予健康關懷及相關衛教。

If you have visited the listed exposure venues, please cooperate with the following emergency measures:

1. Go to medical institutions to have COVID-19 rapid test.

2. Notify the school (either Physical and Health Division or Office of Personnel Services), so that the school can keep tracking the footprints.

3. To provide relative support and ensure the whole faculty members’ health, please also notify the school if you know anyone who has visited the listed exposure venues.
