活動報名Registration：

• 即日起至2025/3/10（一）．．．已額滿（以30人為限），意者請填寫下方報名表單與NXP報名問卷（詳見連結：https://forms.office.com/e/tt0mBppDHa），問卷內需要填答個人資訊（如：個人信箱、手機號碼等）作為申請NXP高雄廠參觀訪客登記之用途。
  • From today until March 10 (Mon), 2025, or until all spots are filled (limited to 30 participants). Please complete the registration form below and the NXP Registration Questionnaire (see link: https://forms.office.com/e/tt0mBppDHa). The questionnaire requires personal information (e.g., personal email, mobile number, etc.) for the purpose of registering visitors for the NXP Kaohsiung Tour.

補充說明Additional Information：

• 活動提供午餐，請自備餐具（筷子和湯匙）和水杯。
  • Lunch will be provided. Please bring your own utensils (chopsticks and spoon) and a water bottle.
• 工廠參觀注意事項如下列4項，若有違反者主辦單位有權取消工廠參觀資格。Anyone who violates the following regulations may have their factory tour privileges revoked by the organizer.

1. 參訪當天請攜帶政府核發且附有照片的證件(例如：身分證、健保卡、駕照)，學生/教職員證不適用，此為換臨時識別證須使用。On the day of the visit, please bring a local government-issued identity document with personal photo (e.g., ID card, health insurance card, ARC or driver’s license). Student or Faculty ID cards are not accepted, as they cannot be used to issue a temporary visitor badge.
2. 進入無塵室不可攜帶個人行動手機。Personal mobile phones are not allowed in the cleanroom. 
3. 進入無塵室不能化妝、塗指甲油、使用髮膠髮蠟、噴香水，佩戴戒指、手鍊手錶等首飾，頭髮較長者請紮起來。When entering the cleanroom, you are not allowed to wear makeup, apply nail polish, use hair gel or wax, wear perfume, or wear jewelry such as rings, bracelets, and watches. Those with long hair must tie it up.
4. 若有作筆記的需求，請當天與工作人員領取無塵紙/筆；一般紙張/筆禁止攜入 。If you need to take notes, please obtain cleanroom-approved paper and pens from the staff on the day of the visit. Regular paper and pens are not allowed inside.
